Pamela’s Bakery enjoys creating custom wedding cakes tailored to the tastes and personal style of the bridal couple. Underneath the creative and unique design your guests will see, is the unmatched quality and flavor of the cake and fillings.


Included is a list of flavors that we feel compliment each other and truly make a delicious statement. Other custom combinations can be achieved by separately choosing a cake, filling and frosting.

A $50 (non-refundable) fee will secure a “tasting appointment” and your choice of six cakes to sample. This fee will be applied towards the purchase of your wedding cake. Set aside approximately one hour for the tasting appointment and feel free to bring any pictures or ideas for your dream cake, as we’re enthusiastic about new designs and creations.

When you decide to place the order for your wedding cake, a 50% (non-refundable) deposit will be required. Final payment will be due three weeks prior to your wedding date, and we ask that you finalize all decisions regarding the size, flavor and design of your cake at that time. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes to the delivery time that occur after the initial scheduled reservation. Be sure to place your order with us well in advance of your wedding day to insure your cake is an authentic “Pamela’s” wedding cake!

Our cakes start at $3.75 per slice. Additional charges apply for more complex designs and flavors, fondant, glaze, gum paste decorations, and flowers.

This torte is made of creamy cheesecake, rich chocolate cake, and chocolate truffle cream. Truly decadent!

Rich chocolate cake and decadent truffle cream make this a sinfully sweet combination.


—German Chocolate—
A harmonious melody of sweet caramel, fragrant toasted pecans and aromatic coconut paired with a light mocha cake.

—Carrot Cake—
A moist, luscious combination of carrots, pineapple and toasted walnuts paired with tangy cream cheese frosting.

—Cheesecake—
Creamy vanilla or lime cheesecake with a graham cracker crust baked to sheer perfection.

—Coconut Mousse —
Vanilla chiffon cake tickled with Malibu rum syrup separates layers of toasted shredded coconut mousse.

—Italian Rum—
Meyer’s rum custard cream between layers of delicate sponge cake, splashed with Meyer’s rum syrup then touched with raspberry jam.

—Lemon Cloud—
Tangy lemon curd mingles with whipped cream and fresh berries (seasonal/optional) layered between airy lemon scented chiffon cake.

—Raspberry Mousse —
Fresh raspberries are hidden between layers of raspberry mousse and vanilla chiffon cake.

All of our wedding cakes are lightly drizzled with a flavored soak and iced in velvety white Italian buttercream. All chocolate cakes, fillings and glazes are made with Valrhona and Guittard chocolate.
