Bread
Store uneaten bread at room temperature in a sealed plastic bag.
To refresh bread, sprinkle lightly with water and warm at 325° oven for 6-8 minutes.
Uneaten bread may also be stored in the freezer for up to one week.
Pastries and Rolls
Store uneaten pastries in a sealed plastic bag.
Uneaten pastries may also be stored in the freezer for up to one week.
Reheat pastries in the oven at 325° for 6-8 minutes.

Fruit and Other Pies and Tarts
Store fruit items, pies and tarts wrapped in plastic.
Reheat pies in the oven at 325° for 15-20 minutes.
Cakes
Store cakes in the refrigerator.
Cakes iced in whipped cream: refrigerate until serving.
Cakes iced in buttercream: let stand at room temperature one hour before serving.
Cheesecake: refrigerate until serving.
Mousse cakes:
If glazed in chocolate or iced in buttercream, let stand no more than 30 minutes at room temperature.
If iced in whipped cream, refrigerate until serving.
